Return Policy
At Sofia Mantoni, we want you to love your purchase! However, if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a return policy that allows for store credit only. Please review our guidelines below:
Return Eligibility:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Final Sale items, accessories, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Store Credit Only:
- We do not offer refunds. All eligible returns will be issued as store credit in the form of an e-gift card, which can be used for future purchases.
- Store credit does not expire and can be used both online and in-store.
Return Process:
1. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@sofiamantoni.com with your order details.
2. Pack the items securely and ensure they are in the same condition as when received.
3. Returns can be made in-store or mailed to: Sofia Mantoni at the address you will receive by email
4. If you are mailing your return, you are responsible for shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Accessories, undergarments, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
- Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted for return.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at contact@sofiamantoni.com, and we will assist with an exchange or store credit.
